Add and Manage Credits in TextAI

TextAI credits help your organization manage usage for TextAI-powered analysis and related workflows. From Organization Settings, you can view the current TextAI wallet balance, track how many credits have been used, and review detailed logs that show when and where credits were consumed.

When additional credits are required, QuestionPro lets you add balance to the TextAI wallet from the Usage Dashboard. This gives administrators a clear way to monitor credit consumption, understand usage patterns, and top up the wallet so TextAI workflows can continue without interruption.

Watch this video for a quick overview of adding and managing credits in TextAI:

• Open Settings from the left navigation menu.


• Go to TextAI Logs from Organization Settings.


• Review your current TextAI wallet balance and total credits used.


• Use the logs table to review when and where TextAI credits were spent.

• Open your profile menu from the top-right corner.


• Select Organization from the profile dropdown.


• Open Usage Dashboard from the Organization page.


• Select Credits from the left navigation menu.


• Click Add Balance to start purchasing credits.


• Use the Credit Type dropdown to choose the credit wallet.


• Select TextAI so the purchased credits are added to your TextAI wallet.


• Enter the number of TextAI credits you want to purchase.


• Click Proceed to continue to the payment review.


• Review the selected credits and available payment options.


• Choose New Card if you want to add a new payment method.


• Continue with the saved payment method if you prefer to use it.


• Click Pay to initiate the TextAI credit purchase.


• Wait while the payment is processed securely.


• Confirm the success message after the credits are added.
