QuestionPro AI provides a conversational way to explore the open-ended feedback in a TextAI dashboard. From the dashboard header, you can open a dedicated AI workspace and ask for a summary, investigate patterns across themes, or enter a focused question about the analyzed dataset.

Use QuestionPro AI to accelerate the first pass through a large body of feedback and surface findings that deserve closer attention. AI-generated responses can contain inaccuracies, so verify important conclusions against the widgets and response-level information in the TextAI dashboard.

• Step 1: Open a TextAI dashboard and click the QuestionPro AI icon in the header, located between the Download and Share icons.


• Step 2: Enter a focused request in the prompt box, or select one of the suggested prompts, and click Send. Review the generated response and verify important information in the dashboard.

Ask questions that are specific to the feedback represented in the current TextAI dashboard. For example, you can request a summary of key insights, ask which themes commonly appear together, or ask QuestionPro AI to explain an important pattern and its implications.

For more useful responses, state the analysis you need and the level of detail you expect. Use the dashboard as the source of truth when validating themes, sentiment, counts, and response-level findings.
