TextAI is the advanced text analysis module within the QuestionPro Business Intelligence platform. It helps organizations analyze open-ended survey responses using AI-powered topic modeling to uncover meaningful themes, patterns, and insights.

Step 1: Navigate to TextAI.
Open bi.questionpro.com. From the left navigation panel, click TextAI.
This will open the TextAI dashboard list page where all existing dashboards are displayed.
Step 2: Click Create Dashboard.
Click the Create Dashboard button to begin creating a new TextAI dashboard.
Step 3: Select Advanced Text Analysis and provide a dashboard name.
In the dashboard creation modal:
Step 4: Select the data source.
Choose the survey that contains the open-ended responses you want to analyze.
The selected survey defines the dataset that will be processed for topic modeling.
Step 5: Select industry and generate the topic modeling prompt.
Select the relevant industry and enter a short topic modeling description describing the objective of your analysis.
Best Practice: Provide a clear description of your analysis goal to improve the relevance of generated topics.
Step 6: Select questions and provide question-level context.
Select the open-ended questions that should be included in the analysis.
For each selected question, provide a short question-level context describing how the responses should be interpreted. Adding context helps the AI model generate more accurate and meaningful topics.
Step 7: Dashboard creation and processing.
After clicking Create, the dashboard will begin processing the selected survey responses.
The AI system analyzes the responses and generates topics and insights. Depending on the dataset size, this process may take some time.
Once the processing is complete, the dashboard status will be updated to 'completed' in the TextAI dashboard list and can be opened to review the generated analysis.
