CX- FTP - Update Time Zones
This section explains how to change the existing time zone to enable the same in FTP Integration report export.
How do you change time zones?
Customer Experience >> Business Data >> Integration >> FTP
- Select Add Auto-scheduled Import.
- Select radio button option Export Report.
- Time zone appear on the right side of Hour drop down.
- Click on the time zone, it will redirect you to User Profile page.
- Click on the Edit User Details. A pop-up menu appears.
- Select the appropriate time zone from the drop down and click on Update User Profile.
