CX - Adding Products

Products are entities that you map into the business unit. For example: Lenovo is a product under Laptops.

How do you add a Product?

To add a Product, you can:

  1. Go to Admin >> Products
  2. Click on 'Add Product'.
  3. Enter product specification according to format- (Product Name,Product Code,Product Group Name,Description)
  4. Example :Lenovo Laptop,L1050,Laptop,Laptop model no. L1050
  5. Click on Save.
