Supervise Segment Managers

Who is a Manager?

Manager can be termed as Store Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager or any executive who is responsible for managing the activities of a specific segment in your organization. There can be multiple managers on a single segment or single manager on multiple segments.

Managers do not have permission to access the account. They can only view the Dashboard through Dashboard Portal URL.

Can I add multiple managers to a Segment?

Yes, multiple managers can be added to a Segment. This can be done via ‘Supervise Manager’ in Segments page or importing managers through ‘Managers’ tab.

  • Click on Admin >> Segments >> Supervise Manager
  • The pop up will show list of added managers. If no manager has been added, the pop up will be empty
  • Enter the First Name, Last name and email address of the Manager
  • Click on ‘Add’ to add the Manager

Manager can also be added through:
  1. Adding/Importing Segment
  2. Through Manager Tab - Manual Add and Excel Import

How to edit the managers?

Managers can be edited through ‘Supervise Manager’ pop-up or through ‘Managers’ tab.

  • Click on Admin >> Segments >> Supervise Manager
  • The pop up will show list of added managers
  • Click on ‘Edit’ link to edit the details of the manager

  • Edit the details of manager and click ‘Save Changes’ or you can click ‘Back’ to go to the managers list

How to delete a manager?

To delete a Manager, Go to Admin >> Managers, click on ‘More’ dropdown and select the delete option.

How can a Manager access the Segment dashboard?

To give Manager access to the dashboard, you need to send them the dashboard portal URL along with password. This can be done as follows -

  • Click on Admin >> Segments >> Supervise Manager
  • The pop up will show list of added managers
  • Click on ‘More’ drop down will show the option for ‘Email Password’ and ‘Reset Password’

  • Click on ‘Email Password’. It will send the mail to manager consisting dashboard portal link and password
