CX - Dropout Analysis

What is dropout analysis?

Drop-out Analysis shows you data for all responses that are incomplete and gives you a snapshot view of where they “dropped out” – the last question they completed successfully. With the Dropout Analysis, you can dive into your drop-out rates (users not completing the survey).

  • Login >> Customer Experience >> Analytics >> Basic >> Participant Statistics
  • Survey Software Help Image
  • You will find Drop-Out Analysis near the bottom of the window.
  • You will see a table listing the questions where respondents have dropped out.
