CX - Update Time Zones

This section explains how to change the existing time zone to enable the same in deploying survey invitations.

How do you change time zones?

Go to: Customer Experience >> Deploy >> New Invitation - Step 3 of 3

  1. Select Scheduled/ Future Delivery.
  2. Time zone appear on the right side of Hour drop down.
  3. Click on the time zone, it will redirect you to User Profile page.
  4. Click on the Edit User Details. A pop-up menu appears.
  5. Select the appropriate time zone from the drop down and click on Update User Profile.
