CX- Social Network Toolbar - Survey Options

Social Network Toolbar:

Social Network Toolbar allows you to provide users with easy access to share the survey. When Social Network Toolbar is enabled, respondents can click on the Facebook icon or the Twitter icon to post the survey on Facebook or Twitter.

How can I enable Social Network Toolbar?

  1. Go to: Customer Experience (Select Survey) » Edit » Design
  2. Under the Design tab, click on Display Settings
  3. Here, you can enable the Social Network Toolbar

The social network toolbar will appear in the footer of the survey, as shown below:
