CX- Survey Settings

This section enables us to enter survey settings. To Customer Experience >> Choose any Survey >> Settings >> Survey

What are the options under Survey Settings?

The options under Survey Settings are as follows:

  • Benchmark Rating Question: Choose a question which you want to set as benchmark for survey output.
  • Provide the values for which the result is to be considered as a 'Promoter' , 'Passive' or 'Detractor'.
  • Click on Save Mapping.
