Promoter Email Customization - CX
When a respondent rates us really good, we can acknowledge them by sending a thank you email.
Where can I access the Promoter Email?
To access the Promoter Email, go to:
- Login » CX » Settings » Promoter Email Customization
- Subject: Customise the subject line.
- Message: Customise the message.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save
