Cross-Workspace API Key?

I know each API key in CX is specific to the workspace level. But is it also possible to obtain or create an API key that works across workspaces? Use Case: I have multiple workspaces and would like to retrieve/request/pull surveys and responses across workspaces via API. To do this, I would like to use a single API key instead of having to use multiple ones (one per workspace).
