AI Persona Creator – Instantly Create Actionable Customer Personas

The QuestionPro AI Persona Creator is an AI feature within the Journey Management platform that enables users to generate real-time, dynamic personas using customer feedback, behavioral patterns, and demographic data. These personas help you better understand customer motivations, pain points, and preferences — without manual effort.

1. Select the Workspace for which you want to create the personas
2. Navigate to the Persona section from the left navigation menu

3. Click on the “QuestionPro AI” button next to Add Persona button.

4. Enter a brief context or description of the segment you're targeting.
5. Select the sections you want to include in the persona (e.g., Goals, Frustrations, Tools).
6. Enable or disable the Demographics Toggle based on your need for age, location, job role, etc.
7. Click Generate to automatically create the persona.

8. Review and edit the generated persona to fit your unique use case.
