What is the viewed count?
The viewed count is the total number of times a survey link has been clicked. It acts as a page counter to give you an estimate of the number of times the survey was opened on a browser.
How can I check the count of total number of views on a survey?
Select the survey you want to see the viewed count for and go to Analytics.
The view count cannot be incremented for embedded surveys. If you are using HTML survey embedding or embedding the first question in an email, please ignore view counts.
Can I reset the viewed count?
Yes, as a best practice it is always recommended to reset the viewed count before distributing the survey.
Goto: Analytics >> Select Participant Statistics from the first drop-down >> Click on the reset link available next to viewed
