Data Quality - Gibberish Words
Data quality is an assessment of data's fitness to serve its purpose. QuestionPro AI can detect gibberish response for an open ended question and flag it to improve the quality of data collected.
QuestionPro AI can accurately detect nonsensical, garbled, incoherent inputs in most common languages and flag responses or even terminate responses based on your requirements. Our gibberish detection smartly detects typos and ignores them allowing genuine responses and avoiding false flagging of data as gibberish. How do I enable gibberish words module of data quality for my survey?
To enable gibberish detection, Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Analytics » Manage Data
Select the Data Quality option under Manage Data options.
Enable the toggle for Gibberish Words and save changes.
Click on the Eye icon to view and select questions for gibberish detection.
Where can I see the responses that are flagged?
Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Analytics » Responses.
Under the Response Viewer you can view flagged responses.
Clicking on the response ID will open the individual response viewer and you can view the data quality score and reason.
