Updating User Profile - How To?

QuestionPro platform allows you to manage and keep your account and profile information up-to-date from the 'my account' section. Here, you can manage your email address, password, contact information, billing details, etc.

How do I update my password?

Information like password should be updated frequently. You can update your account password and other settings under my account section.

Go to: Login ยป My Account (top right corner)

  • Click on your email address or my account in the drop-down.
  • By default, the overview tab will be opened.
  • Here, you will see the following sections - login details, user profile and cancel account.
  • Under login details, click on the update password button to change your password.
  • A pop-up will appear to update new password.
  • You can also update your email address by clicking on the update email button.
  • Updating email address will also change the email address you use for login.

Where can I update my profile?

You can update your profile under user profile under My Account.

  • Click on the edit user details button under user profile section.
  • User profile pop-up will appear to update user information.
  • On the popup, update your information and click on the update user profile button.

    Here, you can update the following information:

    • First and last name
    • Profile picture
    • Phone number
    • Website URL
    • Time zone
    • SFTP public key
    • Updating time zone will also update the date/time information for all your surveys, data, and other information.

How do I update profile picture?

To update profile picture:

  • Click on the edit user details button under user profile section.
  • User profile pop-up will appear to update user information.
  • Go to profile picture and select an uploaded image from the drop-down. You can also upload a new image. Click on upload file and upload an image to be used as profile picture.
