Share Survey

The share survey functionality allows a user to share a survey with any user in or outside of their QuestionPro organization. This allows a user to give other users access to your surveys when they log into their accounts. So that you can collaborate on the same survey. You can even choose to restrict what type of access other users have to your survey. For example, if you want the user to go through the survey without making any edits then you can provide the Review permission while sharing.
If the other users with whom you're sharing the survey does not have a QuestionPro account. They will get an email notification to signup for a new QuestionPro account and access the survey.

Please follow the steps below to share a survey:

• Login to your QuestionPro account. Go to Surveys.
• Click on the three dots on the rightmost side of the survey name which you want to share.
• From the drop-down options, click on Share Survey option.

• In the pop-up, add the email address of the user with whom you want to share the survey.

• Select the permission/access level you want to provide to the user either Review or Edit permission.

• Turn the Notify People toggle on if you want to send a personalized email notification to the user

• Click on the Done button.

• The confirmation pop-up will prompt to accept sharing with user who is not a part of your organization. Click the Done button.

• The survey will be shared with the users and can be seen in their QuestionPro account.

To share a survey with a team or many teams, follow the steps below:

• In the Share Survey pop-up, click on the Share with dropdown and select Share with team(s) option

• Select the teams with whom you want to share the survey

• Select the permission you want to give to the teams

• Hit the Done button.

• The survey will be shared with the team(s) with the selected permission. If the notify people toggle was enabled while sharing then everyone in the team will get an email notification otherwise, the survey will be shared without trigerring any email notification.
• Similarly, to share a survey with entire QuestionPro organization, select Everyone at {{Organization Name}} from the Share with dropdown menu

• Select the permission you want to give to everyone and hit the Done button

To change the sharing permission for a user, follow the steps below:

• Click on the three dots on the rightmost side of the survey name which you want to share to open up the Share Survey pop-up.

• In the pop-up, select the new permission for the users.

• Hit the Done button to save the changes.

To access the shared surveys user can log in to their QuestionPro account and navigate to the Shared with me folder which will display the list of surveys shared with them by different users:
