At times user changes responsibilities: Some survey and data are specific to an office or responsible person and may contain confidential data. In this instance, the survey creator should not have access to the survey and data, and we would need to move the survey from one account to another. A user changes offices: This is similar to the first scenario. The survey creator should not have access to the survey and data, and we would need to move the survey from one account to another. A user is no longer employed by the university: The survey should be moved to a new owner. The new owner would then be able to share the survey as needed with colleagues and use data collected previously for longitudinal research and reporting.
The admin (main account) of your organisation would be responsible to move surveys to another account. Currently, you can only move surveys within the team and should be a part of the organisation to move surveys with the other users.
Step 1.Share the survey folder to the user account who wants to move the survey
A shared folder will be visible in the user account who wants to share the survey, you can then move the survey to the shared folder.
Once you are done moving the survey to the shared folder, the survey and the data will be then visible to another user account. Kindly Note: The survey ownership can only be changed by super admin or a admin user
