Inbound API Endpoint for Real-Time CRM Unsubscribe Sync in CX
Is there a dedicated inbound API endpoint for QuestionPro CX that allows us to update a contact"s status to "unsubscribed" in real-time? If so, could you please provide the relevant API documentation or endpoint details?
Our Use Case: We need our CRM to push an "unsubscribe" status directly to QuestionPro CX in real-time. If a customer opts out of communications directly through our CRM, we want to update their status in QuestionPro CX via API before a new email campaign/survey invitation is sent out, ensuring they are automatically skipped.
