The client is currently using the "Specific Date" rule for survey deployment. However, when setting up reminders, these are sent by default at 9:00 AM based on the account’s configured time zone. This approach is not ideal, as the respondents may be located across various time zones and not necessarily aligned with the client’s time zone. As a result, reminders sent strictly according to the account time zone may reach respondents at inconvenient hours, reducing the chances of timely engagement.

Hello, if a customer needs to manually import a large number of contacts in batches, is there a limit to this action, such as a maximum number per batch?

For example, importing more than 100,000 emails in the same file for immediate delivery. Would have any limitation on this, in case yes, what would be a good number?

The initial invite and one reminder have already been sent. Now, we would like to prevent a few contacts from receiving the next scheduled reminder — essentially applying an “Exclude” rule after the distribution has already started. Is it possible?
