Is there a way to consider the multiple values with "OR" logic in the Email List filters?

Yes, it is possible. In the Email List Filter, the comma-separated value in the Custom Variable field acts like ""OR"" logic.

For example, if you wish to filter every email where the Department is Technical and the Category is either Student or Teacher.

Hence, in this case, your Custom 1 should be Technical and Custom 2 should be the comma separated value Teacher, Student.

Thus, comma-separated values act as ""OR"" logic.
