How to purchase Audience

QuestionPro makes it easy to choose high-quality respondents in the shortest amount of time by letting you purchase QuestionPro Audience sample directly from the platform. With just three simple clicks in the QuestionPro Audience tab, you can access over 22 million opt-in panelists around the globe.

1. Login and select the Audience product
   

   Enter a Project Name » Click on Create Project



2. Choose between Specialized Sample or Quick Sample
• Specify your sample.
• Enter a completion date.
• Enter the length of the survey or select a survey created in your QuestionPro Account.
• Enter the number of respondents you need for your survey.
• Select the Country and Language.
• Enter the incidence rate

Select your Audience Specifications, like Age, Gender, Ethnicity etc. and click on Create

If you are looking for a very specific type of respondents then turn on the toggle for custom specification and enter the details in the box below, click on contact us and our Audience team will reach out to help you with your project.


3. Launch your project
   • Once the sample is created, you can re-check the sample to make sure you’ve captured all the details of the target sample.
   • A summary of the sample details will be displayed.
   • You can edit the sample if necessary or launch the project if the sample details match the criteria of the study.

Make payment

• You will be re-directed to the payment page where you can simply enter your credit card number and make your payment.
• An option to edit the sample is also provided if needed.
• Simply fill in the credit card details and confirm the payment.

Add credits

Now, you can also take advantage of the ‘add more’ feature to make it easier to add credits and purchase samples in the future. This credit facility applies to all QuestionPro products, which means that surplus money in the account can be used to buy other QuestionPro products like Communities or Workforce.

Yes, once you launch the survey you can pause the project and relaunch it, please note, there could be respondents still answering the survey after it has been paused.
