How can respondents use the same link to retake the survey when ABBS is enabled?

When ABBS is enabled and a survey has been completed, respondents cannot retake the survey using the same link. However, as an alternative, you can temporarily disable ABBS to allow the respondent to submit a new response using the same link. Please note that you should delete the previous response to prevent duplicate entries from the same user.

What impact does changing the ABBS setting have on a live survey, and how does it affect respondents' ability to retake it? Can I make this change while the survey is live?

I enabled the ABBS (Disable Multiple Responses) feature. However, when previewing the survey, it prevents testing and displays the error "Response is already submitted." The ABBS feature should not be active during survey preview.
