When creating the survey using MS Word file, I'm encountering a corrupted file error. How can I resolve this and successfully import it?

The corrupted file error may occur because the file is saved in a different version of Microsoft Word. To resolve this, save the file in the "Microsoft Word 97-2003 Document (.doc)" format before importing.

To do this, click "Save As" and select the specified format.
