Yes, a super admin can send survey reminders for invitations originally sent by a sub-user by accessing the sub-user’s account through administrative rights (login as user option).

Steps for Super Admin:

1. Navigate to Account > Organization.

2. Locate the user and click Login as user.

3. Select the relevant survey that was recently distributed.

4. Go to Distribution History.

5. Open the email list and click Send Reminder.
