What is the maximum number of questions that can be included in the filter criteria when creating a Dashboard Filter, and how does the system handle logic if that limit is exceeded?

When configuring a Dashboard Filter, you can include up to 5 individual questions in the criteria section using logical operators like AND or OR. These operators help define complex filtering rules by combining question responses.

Once you reach the limit of 5 questions, any additional conditions can only be System Variables, and they will automatically use AND logic by default. You won’t be able to use OR logic or add more question-based conditions beyond the initial five.

This limit helps maintain optimal performance and manageable logic paths for the Dashboard’s filtering system.

All Questions

I have a survey asking respondents for their name and an additional comment box for extra details. However, when I check the dashboard, it only displays the response ID and the respondent's comments. refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hnYgb66Trx0f How can I customize it so that the comments appear next to their name instead?
