Why can't I place my title and intro text together on the first page? What steps do I need to take to display the survey title and intro text on the same page?

The introduction text may be appearing on the next page because the survey is created in the Focus Layout, which displays one question per page. To have the title and introduction text on the same page, you can switch to the Classic Layout.

I want our respondents to contact our support team if they have issues with the survey? how can I do this?

I have added content to the survey's footer following the instructions, but when I preview the survey, the footer content doesn't appear. Why is that?
