I have a multi-select question that includes three "Other" options—one is the default "Other" with text input, and the other two are regular options that I’ve renamed to "Other." I’d like to use text extraction to capture input from all three of these and pipe the entered text forward. How can I set this up?

To capture and pipe responses from three “Other” options in a multi-select question, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Configure the Multi-Select Question

- Add all three ""Other"" options to your multi-select question.

- Enable Extraction Logic.

- Turn on the setting “Pipe Text for Other Option.”

Step 2: Add Comment Box Questions

- Insert two Comment Box questions between the multi-select (source) question and the extracted (text piping) question.

- In the extracted question, assign the question codes of the comment boxes to the corresponding ""Other"" options (non-default ones).

Step 3: Set Up Conditional Display Logic

- Apply dynamic show/hide logic:

- Show Comment Box 1 only if the first renamed “Other” option is selected.

- Show Comment Box 2 only if the second renamed “Other” option is selected.

Step 4: Adjust Default Logic

- Go back to the multi-select question and reset any default skip logic added by the extraction logic.

Note: Ensure there is a page break before the extraction question for the logic to work as expected.
