How are the points represented and calculated in a gap analysis chart?

"The points on the gap analysis chart are plotted based on the calculated score for each question. The scoring process involves the following steps:

Each response option is given a default value starting from 1 (e.g., 1 for the first option, 2 for the second option, and so on).

Xn = Number of responses for each option

Wn = Score per option (1 for the first option, 2 for the second option, etc.)

n = Total number of responses for the question

Score = [(X1 * W1) + (X2 * W2) + (X3 * W3) + ... + (Xn * Wn)] / n

For example, scores are calculated for two parameters in correlation with two attributes of a side-by-side matrix question and are then plotted on the graph."

Is it possible to automatically sort results by the difference between Importance and Satisfaction when performing a Gap Analysis? For example, can the chart be sorted from left to right based on the largest difference between Importance and Satisfaction, rather than by rows?
