Global Report Sort Order
To set Sort Order globally:
Go to: Login » Surveys » User Profile » Organization
From the Report Sort Order menu, select either Ascending or Descending answer count option.
Click on the Update/Save Changes button
Note: By default this takes a Random Sort Order.
