In order to include a star rating option for the images, please follow these steps:

1. Select star rating question.

2. On each of the row option click on the drop down and click on the "rich content editor".

3. Click on "add image button" as shown in this image.

4. Then add the required image to be added in rating option.

However, in order to add the image you will first need to upload the image into the "media library" section of your account post which you will be able to add the images directly into the option text area and it will then be shown like this, refer screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5HzVFuagijb1
