How do I add a World Map in the maps question type ?

Currently we do not have an option to add a world map in the Maps question type. If you want to do that, you will need to use a Heatmap question type, download the world map image and add it to the heat map question.

In the maps question type, I want names of the states in complete format and not as initials, as this could confuse the users, how can I do that?
