Logic for Multi Tier Look-Up table

I want to set up logic on the basis of multi tier look up table in the following questions but this question does not allow me to set any logic on it? How to add logic on this?

It is not possible to apply any logic to the multi-tier lookup table question as it includes 2 dimensions or 2 sets of answers to select from. In fact, due to the complex nature of this question, it does not support any of the logic. If you are in need of using the show/hide logic then you might consider adding 2 different lookup table questions and then set the logic on it as it allows to use that logic on the single-level lookup table question. Why can’t Multi-Tier Lookup Table levels be used in logic for other questions in version 3?

In version 2 of the editor, it was possible to use the selected levels (for example: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) from a Multi-Tier Lookup Table question as criteria to configure logic in other questions (such as showing or hiding questions or answer options).

However, starting from version 3, it is no longer possible to access these levels when configuring logic in external questions.

Is this change intentional as part of a product update, or is it an unintended behavior?
