Survey invite email sent in Japanese language are replaced with '????'

I am conducting the survey in multiple languages and sending invites in multiple languages. The invite emails sent in a few languages are not displayed properly to the end respondent. While testing the survey invites by sending them to myself I am able to see the Multi-Lingual content rendering properly but the issue is happening only at the respondent end. How can I fix this issue?

How do we control the system default messages translation?

I have a survey set up in multiple languages. When a respondent attempts to submit the survey while it is open in multiple tabs or browsers, a system error message is shown in English (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/2rt574XDCs49), even if the survey is being taken in another language.
