Can I include an image in the survey invitation email?

Yes, you can include an image in your email. For that you need to first upload the image to the Media Library. Once uploaded, go to the email compose section and click on the "Image" icon at the bottom left corner. From there, you can select the image you wish to include in the survey invitation email.

What if I change the display name of the custom variable in the variable section? Do I still need to add it as custom1 custom2 and so on?

I manually added the variable substitution tags like this: {first_name} {last_name} ${Custom1}, but they don't seem to be working. Can you explain why this might be happening?

How can I get the variable including the custom email address? Is it {email} or {customeremail} ? I am using CX - and I want to include it in a notification.
