Yes, It is possible to download the survey with the logic flow in PDF format from Review mode.

Steps: Go to the survey>> tools>> review mode>> Click on the option export to PDF.

I am trying to download the survey in word document, however, the images in the survey are not downloaded with the questions. Why?
