QR Code Reader Question
A QR code is a machine-readable code typically used for storing URLs or other information. This information can be read through the camera of handheld devices or smartphones.
The QR Code Reader question type can be used on QuestionPro or SurveyPocket App. It gives the user the ability to scan the QR codes using their smartphones while taking the survey.
How to Add the QR Code Reader question?
Go to: Login >> Select Survey >> Click on the Add Question button >> Advanced >> Mobile >> QR Code Reader

Does it work on mobile without an app?
Yes, it will work on the browser of your device whether a mobile or a computer, provided it is connected to an active internet connection.
Note: When you view it on the browser, it will be a numeric text box and respondents need to enter the information in that box.
Does it work best for certain phones?
If you are using the offline app, then it will be based on the operating system of your mobile device. To know more about the offline app. Click Here
For online i.e., taking the survey through a browser, you can use any mobile device with an active internet connection with browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.
