Is it possible to add a 'Rating Range' such as 'Low/Moderate/High' which will show up on the report depending on the scoring?

To achieve this, we can store the score of all the questions in the same custom variable for eg. Custom variable 1. Then, on the last question of the survey we can set the compound branching logic and based on the score stored in custom variable 1 we can update the range in another custom variable available.
