Currently, the standard Numeric Slider question type in QuestionPro does not support adding a built-in “N/A” option. However, you can achieve the same functionality using the following workaround:

The Text Slider question type includes an option to enable N/A directly.

How to enable N/A:

⦁ Go to Survey → Edit → Add Questions

⦁ Select Text Slider

⦁ Hover over the “+” icon

⦁ Click N/A to enable the Not Applicable option

⦁ Important Note:

⦁ Text Slider works column-wise, meaning you may need to create multiple slider columns (e.g., 1–5) to represent your scale.

⦁ You can also enable/disable the Visual Analog Scale in question settings to show only the starting and ending values (e.g., 1 and 5) while hiding the values in between.
