Yes, with the Contact Information type question we can choose to select the Phone number Format (pre-defined for certain countries but limited countries available) and then apply Validation to it.

To validate the country code of your choice, you can use a workaround where you can add an open-ended question type and then apply RegEx Validation on it (created according to the format of the country’s contact numbers).
