Currently, QuestionPro does not generate separate logs to determine whether a respondent accessed the survey via an SMS or Email link when both invitations are sent together. However, if you send two separate batches—one for Email and one for SMS using the same contact list—distinct logs will be created under the Sent History tab.
When both Email and SMS toggles are enabled and invitations are sent together, a single combined log is generated with the status "Email and SMS | Sent".
