Can I add another option as I disagree along with I agree option ?

There is no direct way to do this in the presentation text question.

You will need to add a single select question with two options ( I agree and I disagree ) and apply a skip logic to the question wherein if the user selects I agree, survey will move to the next question and when the user selects I disagree, survey should get terminated.

Can I add an "I agree" checkbox question either consecutively or after multiple questions within the same survey block?

Our survey includes an informed consent page at the beginning, and we would like to provide respondents with the option to download the text from this page. Is this possible?

On the check box - I agree question. There isn't a Validation option next to logic and settings

I would like to add a block with 5 statements and for each one the participant must tick an I agree box, like a consent form. I would like all of these statements to be seen on the screen at once so not separate questions but each one individually must have a tick box- how do I do this
