What do these options show me?
A heatmap in a cross-tab uses colors to show how values differ across rows and columns, with darker colors indicating higher values. The heatmap on rows and columns represents the intensity of the percentage in each cell. The cell color becomes darker as the percentage increases within the rows or columns.
