Data filtering removing a particular option

I want to filter the data of a multiple-answer question in such a way that -

none of option 1 or a combination of option 1 responses should be filtered out

We can achieve your requirement using the data filters and updating the custom variable. Please refer to the below steps:
Step 1: Create a filter with the ‘is not’ selected option. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/JxqMHDO2VWu9
Step 2: Go to response viewer >> filter the responses with the above filter>> update the custom variable value for eg. custom 3 as 2. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/58_XUAwcHAs4
Step 3: Create a filter with the "is" selected option. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/usi15NVmHhMr
Step 4: Go to response viewer >> filter the responses with the above filter >> update the same custom variable with a different value for eg. custom 3 as 1. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Ik7OGH4_sUtb
Step 5: Create a filter based on the first value of the custom variable. i.e for the above scenario custom 3=2 Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r_HnM9-fKvhI
With the last filter, you can find the responses that have not selected option 1 or a combination of option 1.
