Can I specify different From addresses before sending e-mails, or is the From address always the same as entered in the account when SMTP is activated?

Hi team, a customer who works with SMTP Relay from Office 365 mentioned that this option will be deprecated and in 2026 there will be only the new option, they would like to confirm if we will support it:

If I have multiple domains under my organization, how can I configure the sending domains for workspace 1 = [email protected], workspace 2 = [email protected], and so on? How should we proceed if this occurs?

I have a client request regarding an SMTP integration via SendGrid. The client informed us that their SendGrid setup requires the QuestionPro outbound (egress) IP addresses to be released, as SendGrid is now requiring a fixed IP whitelist for email sending.

Could you please let us know if we have these outbound IPs and whether they are fixed?

Regarding outbound email sending from QuestionPro, we understand that fixed outbound IP addresses are not available at this time.

Could you please confirm whether:

-The outbound (egress) IPs belong to a predefined/static IP range that can be whitelisted?

-If so, could you share the IP range?

This will help us validate compatibility with SMTP providers that require IP whitelisting.
