"Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct option to store all fields from a Contact Information question into custom variables. By default, only the first field is captured when using skip logic.

To store additional fields like name, email, or phone number in custom variables, you’ll need to create separate questions for each field. For example:

– Use the Email Address question type to capture the respondent’s email

– Use a Single Row Text question for their name

– Use another Single Row Text question with numeric validation for phone numbers
