Panel Integration
QuestionPro has the ability to integrate with External Panel providers.
How to set up integration with a panel provider?
Your panel company may give you up to four redirect links for different survey outcomes: Screen-out, Over Quota, Quality Check, and Complete Response.
If you don't have these links, contact the panel company. They're used to send respondents back to the panel's site for compensation after they finish the survey.
- Prepare panel redirects

Copy your links to Word or another text editor

Look at the end of the links. You will see one or more of the following, followed by dummy text:

Now replace the dummy text like XXXX with any QuestionPro custom variable that are available to use as ${custom1}. QuestionPro provides 255 variable and you can use any of them.(custom1,custom2.custom3,....custom255)

Now paste these links in your survey under Edits>>Finish Options>> Select Panel Integration from the drop down.
Click on Save Changes after inserting the links.
Tips:- Please ensure that there are no space in the links. You can use Termination link under Data Quality Terminates and Timed Out Terminates in QuestionPro if not shared by the panel provider.
How to create survey link to share with panel provider?
You can find the survey url on the top right corner. Add the custom variable that you are using ?custom1=XXXX to the end of the link as shown below.

Panel company will need to pass in the correct variables via corresponding custom variables as per the given link. Kindly ask the panel provider to pass their variable in place of XXXX
What are these three redirect links given to me from my panel provider?
If you've been given three redirect links, you don't need to do anything with them when using QuestionPro. All you need to do is complete the following steps above. Again - there is nothing you need to do with these links.
What other settings are required?
Depending on your requirements you may need to setup Branching and setup Automatic Quota Control for the Survey. For more information please visit the links under Additional References.
