Bulk unsubscribe

You can remove batches of unwanted email addresses from the list using the Bulk Unsubscribe option.

• Go to: Login » Surveys (Select a survey) » Distribute » Email » Lists
• Click on the more options icon
• Select Bulk Unsubscribe.

• Here, you can enter the email addresses you want to remove from your list, one email address per line.
• Click Unsubscribe Email Addresses to complete the process. NOTE: you cannot undo this action once it is complete.

You can add emails to the "Global Unsubscribe List" to ensure they are excluded from all future invites.

• Go to: Login » Surveys (Select a survey) » Distribute » Email » Lists. Here you will find the 'Global Unsubscribe Icon' at the bottom right of the page.

• Clicking on the 'Global Unsubscribe Icon' will present a pop-up where the Unsubscribe button resides, click it.

• Add one email per line. Click Unsubscribe when you are done.

• Click Unsubscribe to complete the process. NOTE: you cannot undo this action once it is complete.

No, an email address that has performed an unsubscribe action cannot be re-added to your mailing lists.

• When a user unsubscribes, their address is permanently marked in the system as unsubscribed (or "Do Not Contact").
• Attempting to manually re-add the address will not bypass this system flag.
• The email system will not send any further emails to an address that has unsubscribed, even if it appears to be active on a list.
