Default From Email Address
What is QuestionPro default from email address?
The email address you use to send QuestionPro emails has a significant impact on email deliverability and open rates. By dafault, QuestionPro provides the following default from email address for different regions:

- Add a custom from email address.
- Use a third-party SMTP Relay.
Can I change the from name of the default from email address?
Yes, you can change the default from name and the initial part of the default from email address. To achieve that follow the steps below:
- Go to Survey » Distribute » Email. Click on the From Email Address dropdown and then click on + Add From Email
- Click on the pencil icon after hovering over the default from email address
- Edit the from name and intial part of the default from email and click anywhere on the pop-up, outside the input field to save the changes.
