If a survey author edits an individual response in the Analytics section, is there a way to view the original response before it was modified? Specifically, does QuestionPro maintain any version history or audit log that allows us to track changes and access the pre-edited response data?

Yes, the survey author does have the ability to view and edit individual responses in the Analytics section. However, at the moment, it is not possible to view the original response values once they have been edited.

That said, QuestionPro does provide some level of tracking—you can identify which response was edited, for which survey, and which question was modified. However, the platform currently does not maintain a version history or log that shows the pre-edit (original) response data.

How can we exclude specific metadata fields during transfer?

We’re looking to transfer only certain metadata fields — for example, we want to keep the IP address but exclude others. Is there an option to selectively disable specific metadata fields?

In particular, the “Metadata Country” field is causing confusion because we already use a separate “Country” variable. Any guidance on how to prevent this specific field from being transferred would be appreciated.
